About Us

Curletta Adams is a dedicated Career Coach and Consultant with a deep passion for helping individuals achieve professional and educational success. As the Founder of Resume Care Goals LLC, she provides personalized career coaching, resume development, and workforce readiness consulting to students, job seekers, and professionals pursuing new opportunities.

With extensive experience in career advising and workforce development, Curletta has guided diverse populations; including college students, young adults, and career changers, through the process of identifying their strengths, setting achievable goals, and advancing toward meaningful employment.

​

During her tenure at Workforce Solutions and the Texas Workforce Commission, where she served as a Supervisor, Curletta guided her staffs in achieving program goals while assisting clients with job search assistance, job readiness, Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) programs, and scholarship and training opportunities. She also facilitated Workforce Seminar Workshops designed to prepare individuals for employment and professional growth.

Curletta has partnered with numerous community organizations and programs such as Vocational Rehabilitation Services (SEAL Program) to support individuals with disabilities in achieving independence through education and employment. She has also collaborated with the Texas Veterans Commission, assisting veterans with employment referrals and career resources—building strong partnerships across the community to better serve her clients.

Her approach is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and faith-based motivation. She believes that every person has unique potential waiting to be unlocked with the right tools and guidance. Through Resume Care Goals LLC, she continues to empower clients with the confidence, skills, and strategies needed to thrive in today’s competitive job market.

Curletta holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from the Houston Graduate School of Theology, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Texas Southern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.

Curletta is married to her beloved husband and is a proud mother of two beautiful daughters and grandmother to four adorable grandchildren. When she’s not coaching, she enjoys spending time with her family and her pet, Bella. Committed to lifelong learning and service, Curletta remains passionate about leading workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, and consulting with colleges and organizations to help others achieve their career goals with confidence and purpose.
