Refund Policy

At Resume Care Goals LLC, we are dedicated to providing professional, personalized career coaching and consulting services.

 

Please note that all payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered or work (such as resume development, document review, or session preparation) has begun.

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a new session time. Rescheduled sessions will be honored at no additional cost.

 

No-Show and Late Policy:

 

We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and quality service for all clients:

• No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their session and payment.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability.

• Emergencies: We understand emergencies can happen. If an unforeseen circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
